Maddison Scott got her start performing alongside Brian Gaylord in 2025. With support from his mentorship and the collaborative force of Country Star Band’s musicians and fan base, she recently won Best Music Artist at Temecula’s Local’s Choice Awards — a win the band proudly celebrates together.
Our history
Brian Gaylord began assembling the Country Star Band in 2024 to bring his songs to life on stage and create a high-energy live experience to support his transition from rodeo arenas to music venues. The band officially started playing together in Southern California, quickly building momentum across bars, wineries, and private events throughout 2024 and 2025. With a rotating 5–7 piece lineup and both male and female lead vocals, Country Star Band delivers a diverse setlist rooted in traditional country and classic country-rock, backed by the grit and camaraderie that brought them together.

The Country Star Band fuses traditional and modern country, anchored by Brian Gaylord’s songwriting and his rapidly expanding catalog of single releases. Their live sound stays rooted in traditional country and classic country-rock, while charging the stage with today’s hottest country hits. With both male and female lead vocals and a 5–7 piece lineup, they move seamlessly between radio favorites and Brian’s originals bringing the stories, heart, and attitude of his music to life without losing the boots-on-the-bar-floor energy that keeps crowds dancing all night.
